Lee has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare transformation. Before founding Adaptient, Lee held executive leadership roles at the University of Pennsylvania Health System, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and Tufts Medicine, working to improve safety, quality, and operations by redesigning the delivery of patient-centered care. As a primary care physician and Lean/Six-Sigma Master Black Belt, Lee maintained a clinical faculty role wherever she worked; she is an engaging and savvy teacher.

Sharon is a dynamic leader in healthcare transformation, known for driving large-scale improvements that balance safety and efficiency. She serves on the National Advisory Council for AHRQ, teaches Human Factors in Healthcare at Auburn University, and sits on the board of the Alliance for Quality Improvement and Patient Safety. She is an Industrial & Systems Engineer and holds a Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She has certifications in safety, quality, and coaching. Sharon's ability to simplify complexity, drive lasting change, and foster collaboration makes her a respected leader in healthcare transformation.

Laura is a distinguished senior educator with a rich background as an experienced critical care nurse. Recognized as a Principal Fellow by Advance HE in the UK, Laura is a sought-after international speaker who has made significant contributions to discussions on patient safety and collaborative practice. Her approach is firmly anchored in values-based practice, prioritizing ethical considerations and compassionate care while fostering a culture of empathy and integrity. She is a pioneer in using organic disruptive simulation to train and develop high-performing teams in complex environments.

SENIOR ADVISOR

Kimberly has served in leadership roles in patient safety, process improvement, and regulatory compliance in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries. She has been a passionate change agent at leading institutions such as Penn Medicine, the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the American Red Cross, and Tufts Medicine. A certified High-Reliability Educator and Lean/Six-Sigma Master Black Belt, Kim is dedicated to sharing her knowledge with others to transform healthcare into an industry with zero harm.

DIRECTOR, VIDEO PRODUCTIONS

Anab is based in Los Angeles where she works in film and television development.  She studied Communications and Cinema at the University of Pennsylvania and co-founded a company producing video content for local businesses in Philadelphia before moving to Los Angeles. She has worked on a variety of projects for television and film, including Netflix's 2022 documentary on the US Olympic basketball team, The Redeem Team.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Caitlyn has over a decade of design and communications experience for nonprofits, law firms, and universities. She currently leads those efforts as well as heads up the fundraising at a DC-based legal services nonprofit, though she is based in New York City. She studied Psychology and Mathematics at the College of William & Mary and earned a Master of Science in Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh with a dissertation concentration in metaethics.
